Welcome to the Blue Bird Game!

A blue bird has approached you. What do you want to do?

In the above code, I have created a simple game called the "Blue Bird Game" using HTML and JavaScript. It is enclosed within `
` tags and can be saved as a single HTML file. The game starts with a welcome message and presents the player with two options: "Option 1: Yes, I want to die" and "Option 2: No, I don't want to die". If the player chooses Option 1, they will receive a jumpscare from the blue bird along with a scary sound effect. If the player chooses Option 2, they will be declared the winner and a win message will be displayed. The player will also receive a win card. However, before celebrating their win, they will be jumpscared with a big ice cream and an accompanying sound effect.
